There were many pulps on the newsstands in their heyday (over 300 separate titles at one point) and many, many covers were painted for those many, many titles... and the sad thing is that very few original pulp art paintings remain in existence, and are highly sought after and treasured.

THE PRIDE OF MY COLLECTION

OK, I'm not rich, got into the pulps late in life, but have devoured imaginative fiction since I was 3-years old...

I thank my Grandparents, especially, for allowing me the freedom my mind demanded...

And after much searching, I finally picked up a copy of the one and only

FLASH GORDAN

pulp magazine that was ever made...

There are estimated to be around 25 in existence, and I'm glad to finally have found a copy...

Sometimes searching for things, at the right time, can lead to some great treasures, unexpectedly...!
